But there's nothing really to lock, per se.… Disabling it will result in some disabled or missing features. Failed to get answers. EKO North America. However, if troubleshooting all of the above doesn't work, then yes, the lid would be replaced so long as it wasn't mistreated, dropped, or damaged--the usual warranty caveats.
