Hi everyone, So, we purchased a brand new Samsung 65" 4K UHD curved smart TV just this past September, only 3 months ago.

If it is a problem with the display panel, is it cracked or damaged in any way? Please remember to be considerate of other members. I didn't hear anything from Samsung, but I figured that the screen was approve for replacement and that it would take several weeks to come.

It was cracked by handling it. Samsung UN65JU6700 Curved 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2015 Model).
